Position Overview: ESSI is searching for a Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of system architecture, a hands-on approach to hardware and software elements, and a profound dedication to crafting high-quality software architectures. This role involves leading the design and development of integrated systems, with a focus on solutions like traffic & tolling management and video surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development: Take charge of crafting integrated systems, specifically focusing on solutions like traffic & tolling management and video surveillance systems.
• Hands-on engagement with telecommunication technologies: Dive into the hardware and software aspects of system development, directly engaging with telecommunication technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that meet the needs of ESSI's projects.
• Critical decision-making on system architecture: Make critical decisions regarding system architecture to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the integrated systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in team environments, designing and deploying production-grade systems.
• Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in hardware integrations, robust programming skills, and experience in system deployment.
