Job Description: API Developers at our organization will be responsible for the server-side logic, maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The role involves building and maintaining scalable APIs, integrating front-end elements, writing reusable and efficient code, and implementing security and data protection measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining scalable APIs: Develop APIs that are not only scalable but also efficient, ensuring optimal performance for our applications.
  • Integration with user-facing elements: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, creating a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Writing reusable and efficient code: Ensure that the codebase is maintainable and efficient, following best practices for code reusability and optimization.
  • Design and implementation of low-latency applications: Craft applications that are low-latency, high-availability, and performant, meeting the expectations of modern web and mobile applications.
  • Implementation of security and data protection measures: Prioritize the security of our applications by implementing measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Integration of data storage solutions: Work on integrating various data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc., to meet the diverse needs of our applications.
